Club and team registration via your organization
First of all, to create a CLUB, go to the Database and then the Clubs section.
Once this is done, go to the club and click the option “Register Teams”:
Once you click the “Register Teams” option, you can select the competition in which you want the team to compete. You will then be able to copy a team you’ve already created, or create a new one.
Once you’ve registered the team, you’ll be taken to the next window, where you can register players and staff (trainers, delegates, doctors, etc.). In addition, the following icon shown in the screenshot indicates that the team is still being “configured”, so you must go to “Information” and modify its status.
Next, you should click the “Register Player” option.
This allows you to “Create a new player” to create them from scratch, “Sign player from another club”, “Import players from my club” to import players from other teams in the club, and “Import players from Excel, Calc, Access...”, which allows you to import them from previously created databases.
First of all, if you create them from scratch, (“Create a new player”), the following window will appear for you to fill in the player’s information (full name, ID, number, address, etc.)
On the other hand, if you want to import them from your club, the following window will appear:
You have to choose the team that the player(s) is/are on, and then choose the player(s).
Finally, there is a section where you can confirm all the licenses that have been registered for the league so far: CONFIRM.
In this section, you’ll see all the information pending confirmation at both the player and team levels. There are filters to simplify this task.
