How it works and what it’s for
This section allows you to access all of the data related to your teams, matches and players together on one screen. You can now view all of this information as you need it, filtering by date, competition, group, or even a competition’s status (active, completed, or being configured). You can think of this section as a data library, or a file that never stops growing as you continue managing and organizing competitions. You’ll always be able access it in order to view any information you may need, no matter how long ago it may seem.
What can I do with the database?
Do you want to know all of the matches that have been played at a certain facility? Do you need to know how many matches a particular referee was appointed to? Do you want to see all of a team’s matches? This database allows you to do all that and more in a simple way, with highly flexible filters that allow you to conduct searches adapted to your needs. In addition, the data can be exported as PDF and/or CSV files.
How does it work?
1. The first step is to select the segment we want to view information for. This selection will determine the data we can work with during our search. In this case we’ve chosen “Matches”, since we want to know how many matches are going to be played on certain dates: This selection will determine the data we can work with during our search.
2. Once we’ve chosen the segment, we move on to selecting filters. To conduct our search, we’ll chose the filters best suited to our needs from all the available options. In this example, we’ve used the “Competition” filter and the date filters. Once the selections have been made, click the “Apply filters” button:
In this example, we’ve chosen a competition and specific dates: from May 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. As you can see in the following image, the result is a great deal of useful information provided on a single screen:
3. Check the results and do new searches by applying new filters. If you need to export the data, simply click “Options” and choose CSV (Excel) or print (PDF).
