Financial transaction generation: licenses and others
In the economic control module, you can handle your competition’s accounting, saving hours of work with spreadsheets.
Payments made directly via LEVERADE’s secure payment gateway will automatically appear in this module. You can also add those made manually.
You can differentiate between accounting item statuses:
- Pending charge
- Pending payment
Who has made the payment or charge:
- Player or participant
And the reason for the payment or charge.
The ECONOMIC CONTROL section draws information from sections you have previously configured. For example, when setting registration costs for teams, players and staff.
This is very important, since configuring and setting costs so that they are managed automatically saves a lot of time and resources that your league would allocate in order to handle the accounting properly and accurately.
There are several sections referring to economic control. First, go to the one included in each competition.
It includes a record of all financial transactions that have occurred during the competition. As you can see in the image above, all transactions are associated with a referee, club or team, and have an associated link which you can click to see the details of the financial transaction.
As you can see in the screenshots, there are several item descriptions:
- “Balance” shows the current status of the club’s accounts with your organization.
- “Advance Payment Available” is a virtual wallet which you can add money to so that money can be subtracted from this wallet in the event of pending payments.
Finally, access the ECONOMIC CONTROL section for your entire organization.
It includes a list of all the clubs and their balances, advance payments, bills issued, money charged, and money pending charge.
You can also select several and add a transaction for all of them at once.
If you go to the “List” section, you’ll see a record with all of your organization’s transactions, also linked to a club, referee, player or team, and a competition.
It’s important to understand that the ECONOMIC CONTROL section becomes more useful when it automatically draws information from preconfigured transactions which will automatically be created as your competitions progress throughout the season.
For example, if you configure a competition’s requirements (license cost, team registration cost...) and a club registers a team for this competition and later registers players or technical staff, all of those transactions will automatically appear on the corresponding economic control screen.
The difference with the fixed income per game (which the club pays to play a match) is that the club doesn’t have to do “anything” except participate in the match, and have it be considered finalized.
